Do's and Dont's for Students

Every Student Must:-

  • Bring diary to the school daily.
  • Note home work and other school activities in it every day.
  • Come to school clean, tidy, well-groomed and in proper uniform with shoes well-polished, nails cut etc. Those who come to School With improper Uniform may not be allowed to join the classes.
  • Be regular in attendance. Never be late to school. According to C.B.S. E. rule, a student must have 75% attendance in an academic year failing which he will not be allowed to sit for the exams.
  • Children if absent, must be intimated to school through Leave Letter signed by Parents or Guardian.
  • Be courteous and respectful to parents, teachers, visitors and peer group.
  • Look after the property of the school, keep it clean and tidy. If a student wilfully destroys school property, he will be fined for the same.
  • Keep the class-room neat and tidy and throw waste paper, wrappers etc. in the waste paper basket.
  • Reach the class-room as soon as the bell rings after the recess.
  • Gates will be closed before the school Assembly and students will not be allowed to attend school after the stipulated time.
  • Students while moving along the corridor, changing classes should remain in silence and walk in single Line.
  • Obey Class Monitors, House Captains on duty. Continuous observation of child's attitude towards teachers, school mates, school property, and environment will be recorded in the anecdotal record forms which will be reflected in the report card of the child.

Strict action will be taken against:-

  • Use of abusive language and bullying.
  • Misbehaviour with teachers and students.
  • Bringing of mobile phones to school. These will be confiscated and parents will have to personally come to school to discuss the issue.
  • Wearing jewellery except small earrings (for girls).
  • Beauty is truth and truth is beauty
  • Bringing motor bikes/scooters to school. Bringing articles of value such as rings or other pieces of jewellery to the school. The school will not be responsible for the loss of such articles.
  • Bringing extra money than is required.
  • Littering in the school campus.
  • Shouting, loitering in the class and corridors.

Parents make a note of the following points:-

  • It is mandatory for students to come in the prescribed school uniform on all working days. Students without proper uniform will not be allowed to attend school. So parents may provide them proper Uniforms.
  • In case vour ward is absent for a days without prior information, parents must send a leave letter signed by them or else he/she will not be permitted to sit in class.
  • SHORT LEAVE will be granted to students only on medical grounds or unavoidable circumstances. For availing the same, parents are required to send a slip giving details of name, class and section, reason for leave, in case use of school transport, inform the bus in- charge. The leave will be granted only by the Principal.
  • Mobile Phones should not be given to the children for use because they are not allowed in the School premises.
  • Before the due date, the school FEE must be paid to avoid pressure on children.
  • Parents are require to look into their ward's School Dairy everyday and make sure that the lesson and home work assigned is duly completed.
  • Remarks mentioned in the School Dairy should be acknowledged and countersigned regularly.

  • If you feel that your child is not up to the desired progress, make a discussion with the Principal.
  • Parents or their servants are not allowed to meet their ward or teacher in class hours without prior permission of the Principal.
  • Parents who wish to meet the Principal or director should fill the visitors slip furnishing all the details of visit and send it to the concerned person.
  • Parents are expected to participate regularly in school functions especially when they are invited.
  • No school work will be transacted on Sundays, Holidays or vacations.
  • Criticism of a student, teacher or his/her School in the presence of the child should be avoided, or it may cause the student to lose respect for teacher and the school.
